Neltner Billing and Consulting (“Neltner”) collects only the domain name, but not the email address of visitors to our Web page and only aggregate information on what pages visitors access or visit. The information Neltner collects is used for internal review and is then discarded, and is used to improve the content of our Web page. From time to time Neltner may contact mailing list subscribers with surveys. Neltner uses these surveys to gather user feedback to better improve our Site. The contact information is also used to get in touch with the visitor when something in the survey requires a response (i.e. a question in a comment field or to request more information about a suggestion made).
